Southern Standards Return & Refund Policy

At Southern Standards, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
  • Returned with original tags attached

Southern Standards reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The return was caused by an error on our part

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Southern Standards is not responsible for lost return shipments.
