Thank you for shopping with Southern Standards. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Locations
Southern Standards currently ships within the United States.
We may expand to additional locations in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Southern Standards is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at Southernstandards24@gmail.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Southern Standards is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package appears to be lost, we recommend:
- Checking the tracking information.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
- Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Checking with neighbors or your local post office.
We will gladly assist in filing claims when applicable.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
International Shipping
At this time, Southern Standards only ships within the United States.
Any future international shipping options will be posted on our website.
Shipping Delays
Southern Standards is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Holidays
- Customs processing
- Events beyond our reasonable control
